Question by belle: Why is my pee coming out super clear?
I just started drinking “seven blossoms tea” with honey, like twice a day for like one week straight! and well my pee just started to come out very clear.
Now could that actually happen in one week? Kinda weird since my pee was super dark before I started to drink tea, and I’ve also been drinking green tea without sugar.

I too have a very clear urine and when samples are given at the hospital, mine is always the lightest. I hardly drink water. My doctor tells me I should be happy.
There are many factors to darken it. Vitamins will darken it greatly, especially if you are taking too much. whatever your body is not using will come out in your urine.
The food you eat will also govern urine color. tints can be yellow brown red green or even blue.
Certain veggies , meats etc. are a factor. If your Urine is brown , it’s a liver problem. I’m sure your new regimen is a factor.
