Where’s the Sugar?
Where’s the Chocolate Hobnobs?
Stupid Americans.
The most important thing in making a perfect cup of tea is using good tea. NOT TEA BAGS!
The stuff in tea bags is what’s left on the floor after the bigger tea leaves have been sold.
well that helped i pretty much broke all those steps guess ill make a new cup of earl grey
worst cup of tea ever!! im from london and you need some flavor in that!! milk and sugar
My grandma got me like 5 boxes of tea for christmas along with all her stuff b/c i love bigelow tea
You should also market decaf. bigelow vanilla chai and your jasmine teas at Wal-Mart. I simply loveeee Bigelows vanilla chai and would love to have the decaf to drink before bed.

I’ve loved Bigelow teas for years! Earl Grey is my fav!
I visited the website and found these videos!
Thanks!
I also like the flavored varieties that you offer the peach and raspberry from the Charleston Planation and I would LOVE to see more people know about this product, especially since it is American grown and a great product. I hope to one day be able to again purchase your products locally but as always the folks at customer service in Charleston are GREAT! Thanks again.
I agree that it is a memorable experience to go to your Charleston Plantation and it was a planned part of my summer vacation trip (along with many others who were visting that day from many areas of the US). Is the first flush going to be available again this year? That is a particular favorite of mine both hot and iced and I love the fact that your teas are available in loose leaf form (my tea style of choice) but also in bags for convenience.
Cindi, yes I have been to the planattion as part of a trip last summer in June to South Carolina. We were in the Myrtle Beach area staying in Garden City with friends and I’ve known for quite some time about the Charleston Plantation as I used to be able to purchase it here in Ohio at the grocery as long as about 20 years ago when I first discovered it sometime in the 90′s.
@ctba452 so glad to hear you are enjoying your Bigelow Tea!

@kinghazzah And finally I am delighted to see you like our tea from the Charleston Tea Garden. I am not sure if you have been there, but it is such a beautiful place to visit. 127 acres and miles and miles of tea bushes… Nothing quite like it for tea drinkers!
Thanks,
Cindi Bigelow
@kinghazzah Now in terms of Puerh, once again you are spot on, it is a fermented product. At this time we do not have one in our line up but I have been looking into it pretty carefully to see if I can find one that I think our consumer base with enjoy. Cindi Bigelow
