Tea Etiquette and When To Drink Certain Teas
In response to Oliv005′s question, Griff and Matt will show you some tea etiquette and will also talk to you about what time of the day would be the best to drink certain types of Japanese tea! Author’s Note: We have to apologize for the delay on this video. It was actually shot not too long ago, but due to some technical setbacks, we were only able to edit and post it now. ***Contest*** Question: What is the difference between Fukamushi Sencha and regular Sencha? In other words, what defines Fukamushi? How the contest works is in each up coming video, Matt and Griff will ask you a question regarding Japanese tea. Actually caffeine changes sleep quality even if it doesn’t keep you up at night. So with high caffeine drinks you should not have it 8 hours before bedtime. Yet I think this is based on the caffeine in coffee or soda, and not tea.
As you know the caffeine in tea feels different, and many cultures drink it at all times of the day. I used to drink green tea right before bedtime until my doctor told me to stop. :’(
