@XoXforever13XoX Don’t use the scrub everyday! Take it from me. If you hit your mid twenties, you will start to see fine lines sooner.
If you’re gentle i think it’s ohkay. But its typically better to limit exfoliation to three times a week.

have you used the other regular st. ives apricot scrub? can you do a review on both scrubs? and compare and rate which one is better for like…acne, clansing, scent….etc?

Yea, it’s almost gone though so I’m just gonna use it up. I’m thinking about finding a once a week really nice kind exfoliant, because when I don’t do it I get paranoid. Aha
if you wanna cut one out… maybe try cutting out the apricot scrub from daily to once a week. most people only use it once-twice a week b/c it is an exfoliant
the asprin + vitamin C you can leave it just crushed not finely crushed jsut crushed and it’s an exfoliant
then again you have st ives

Yea, I’ve heard that about the apricot scrub. St. Ives does have a sensitive skin formula where it’s round beads. I have been planning on switching scrubs since micro tears will, apparently, eventually cause wrinkles. o_O

I can’t imagine my life without Protandim. Since I have been taking this supplement I have sustained energy all day, every day. My skin looks better, I have less aches/ pains and it has helped my quality of sleep. It has helped my mom achieve relief from her fibromyalgia, depression and chronic headaches. Thanks for adding the Amen!! We have to stand together and stop the madness of are so call disease care system. My Aunt hasn’t been able to feel her feet for 10 years because of her diabetes!! She started on Protandim and now her blood sugar is normal and she can feel her feet. She is 77 years old. The foods for Prevention are in Protandim and Genesis.
