@jesusgirl69 Really? I bet they look just as nice!!
@mylaylay18 Thanks sis! your right it is perfect for the weather. I have combined my locks since this vid.
OMG – I love your hair! Reminds me of my shorter days *sniffle*!!! Beautiful and perfect for this weather!
Great job, locks and video. In March I just got my sisterlocks. I like them a lot, just a little nervous on taking care of them. I’m an older sister
with lots of grey hair, other issues with greying and thinning hair but hey anything besides straightening and the little afro that a lot of us older ladies usually get. What a journey I’ve been on with kinky hair but I do feel great and somewhat free now. Thanks for your hair care tips.
Thanks for the reply, I just posted my first video on youtube last night and I got my 1st subscriber already
. It is under finesisterlocks. I subscribed to you under that name today as well. Hopefully you will get the chance to take a look at it.
Thanks again!
@carolynjeffries You are quite welcome. I am glad to know that my vids help you stay motivated. I am trying my best to stay on the journey. But i believe that i will make it to the two year mark in November.
@carolynjeffries Thank you so much for the quick response. I got my locks installed in May of 2010 so I am coming up on my first year anniversary. You have really help me a lot with your videos. Your locs are so beautiful and they are beautiful on you. I am just a couple months behind you in this journey, so you have become my guide, my measuring stick and my motivator…. so you can’t quit! LOL If we can just get past that second year mark, I think we will be on our way!Peace &Blessings
@carolynjeffries Hello! Your consultant is not wrong. You can dilutet the green tea shampoo or use it directly out of the bottle. I have used it both ways and have not had a problem. I really don’t know the exact measurements because the bottle does not come with instructions. Whenever I decide to dilute it I just guestimate. LOL! I have a no name dryer that I purchased from a beauty supply store. It is called Hot and Hotter Professionals. Hope this helps God Bless!
@MrSouperdooper Thank you! I agree your starter locks are the same length that I started with. I will being watching your journey. Your locks look great. God bless
Your sisterlocks are really nice, I just started my brotherlocks last week and I think that the length of my hair was similar to yours when you began, so your vids are going to be a great use to me as I continue my journey. Thank you! Check out my journey if you like and please feel free to add suggestions.
Hello,
A quick question about the Green Tea Shampoo. My consultant told me that the green tea shampoo is concentrated and that I had to add water. I believe it is 1 part shampoo to 4 parts water. It last a long time. It feels watered down but it still cleans my hair well. Also, what brand hair dryer do you use, I am think of purchasing one.
@jesusgirl69 Thank you and thanks for subscribing!
@ImNaturallyKinky thank for the encouragement,
@idez36 Thank you. You and your locks are beautiful. Keep the faith. LoL
