Q&A: All about “GREEN TEA” pls help?
Question by kitten: All about “GREEN TEA” pls help?
I know that green tea is supposed to be good for the health etc. but what I really need to know is:
1. What time should you have it to become most effective eg. morning , evening, night?
2. To get the maximum effectiveness should you have it before or after meals?
3. How long does it take to see good results?
would appreciate if you could answer all three questions.

yes it is a good for health u can have it twice a day everyday….morning and late nite before going to bed…..ok cheers…..

just from what I know- I dont think it has a better time, although if I had to choose 1 I’d say night, and I don’t believe that you will “see” any results, its not that type of good for you, its just good for your insides, so you will be healthier, but not fitter or anything like that. I got the 24 packs from Costco and started getting so addicted it was all I drank, its delicious!
1. Anything on an empty stomach is more effective
2. Green tea is an appetite suppressant, meaning you eat less if you drink it before meals.
3. Tea alone will not change anything, after all it is a small change, if you want to see results, get active.
