I’ve just started drinking green tea this last week. I’ve had prostate cancer, so I decided to go with black tea in the morning and green tea at night. I do drink my joe at work (2 cups). Bigelow Green tea is the best tasting I’ve tried. Peace in the New Year. jd

I used to have severe cystic acne now I drink green tea and eat 3 apples a day plus I wash with a very mild soap. Face never looked better

I had always suffer from acne, but once I started going to college my skin broke out everywhere… It really made my self-esteem low, and made had less confidence in myself….I really would like to have clear skin for once….

Just a note: Green tea bags, although you’re able to apply to face have very low quality leaves. That should be expected. Loose leaf is generally better if you don’t want to apply to your face. You can weigh pros and cons yourself.

Im so mad that I live in small town and I cant get anything like that kinda green tea, dam, if I drink just the normal green tea that i buy at my supermarket will I still get my acne cleared up?
Hi! Yes green tea is good for you, but i have heard rooibos tea could work for some people too.
And it taste amazing and there isnt caffeine in it. So it is good to drink before bed time. I love rooibos tea and you can never really make it too strong and it doesnt get bitter. So you cant really fail with it. And the smell is like aromatherapy 
I like rooibos with vanilla flavor most. And its sweet enuf for me even if i dont add any sugar nor anything else
I’ve always been told that using pure organic honey in teas is better than sugar. So if you’re craving sweetness in your tea you could try using honey. I did that when I had to drink fenugreek teas, it’s another natural ingredient that is also GREAT for your skin. I use it with organic sugar as a scrub sometimes. =)
