@Edwhatever
My favorite Yancha Supplier.
@relussier
The key of brewing good Oolong Yancha tea is the high temperature.
Pre heat the cups and use plenty of water…
@puresickmermaid
I suggest wash all the fermented tea, It wash away the taste and smell that not belong to the tea leafs itself.. The taste is purer that way…
agree
A very wet process.
the girl is so cute and funny!
man: huh, still have to wash? can we drink yet?
girl: well, you can sure go ahead and drink the tea wash, see if its any good?
LOL
@chang248 You never drink the first steeping, since the leaves haven’t yet opened up to reveal their full potential. You also need to heat the cups, since the flavor of the tea will change if it hits a cold cup. The first steeping is more of a “primer” for the leaves and the cups, so that you get the most out of the tea drinking experience.
Now this is the kind of video I want to see! Just like it’s done in real life. 5 stars! Very informative!
Why is she wasting good tea?
very interesting techniques. I am so used to never washing the tea, and letting it brew for a least 1 minute. Once I get some nice oolong, I will try this.
This video is actually quite helpful. More so than one’d think. Thumbs up.
