Question by depromaniac: Are “green tea extract” and “green tea” same thing?
i am going to start having green tea. Is one of them more effective than the other in loosing body fat?

no the extract has more pure leaves and is pry clearer.
Green Tea Extract is just really concentrated Green Tea.
I think just Green Tea would be better for losing body fat though.
None I think, maybe the extract is just a portion of it
Green tea extract is prob not as potent and does not have as much polyphenols and antioxidants compared to regular full-leaf brewed green tea. I drink like 10 cups of green tea a day….but has to be brewed green tea, preferably loose leaf tea. But Stash Moroccan green tea is pretty good if you cannot afford loose leaf teas. I also like drinking it iced or cold. It doesn’t taste as bitter.
