@javajunkie101 my guess is that most of the money goes in the packaging. yuuuup. that and MAC pays a lot of money to be able to set up in optimal places in malls and such.

hmm so you mean to tell me is that fix + and mixing medium is basically the same thing ecccept the extracts add a little fragranance and what ever the extracts are good for so can i use this as a mixing med aswell cause it all goes on the face anyway ye or nay??
I used to love this product so much. However, when I found out I was paying $21.00 for mostly water, I had to stop. One of the MAC representatives at my local free-standing MAC store told me that most of it was water.

@xxshahzadixx The pump will suck in some air. So once a product have been used, it will be vulnerable to air over time no matter what type of packaging it comes in. That’s why they mark with a open jar (symbolizing the opening of the product) and a number next to it (6 = 6 months, 12 = 12 months and so on). Unless it’s marked with an expiration date.
