1 kombucha challenger
Jun, is a Tibetan scobbie that eats honey and green tea, as opposed to Kombucha that eats sugar and black tea. This video simply expresses some facts and opinions I have about them both. Please enjoy.

Hi,
I recently have found out about Jun and was wondering if any of you would be willing to share a starter culture with a fellow brewer.
I am a Qigong practitonner and have read that Jun has much more Qi than Kombucha. I would be very interested in experiencing how Jun affects Qi
Many thanks
@Samasnier , mostly all of it is the same, but it tastes malty and in my opinion much better, but that is arguable.
the rashes can be detox signs, drink less xun or kombucha and more water and slowly increase your xun or kombucha intake. If you drink to much, you can detox to fast and get bad gas for about a week. Hope this helps
So… how’s it different from kombucha?
Is a particular scoby required to make Jun/Xun? Or an usual scoby will do with the ingrediants you share? Thanks!
Ingredients:
Jasmine green tea
holy basil
yerba santa
fennel powder (very little)
skull cap
kava kava
4 the health & tang use Schizandra brrys grnd up for a good tang and healthy Xun. sweaten tea with Half agave & half honey. Bottle Xun after brewing and add small amnt of concentrated siberian ginseng powder tea with 1/4 tspn honey to carbonate. It will take you on a highly energetic journey either dancing or meditative. good luck
Would you be willing to share your jun culture?

Where can one get a starter/culture?
You might be drinking too much too soon. start with one cup a day and work your way up, also it depends on how vinigary it is. and if your culture has ever had mold on it. If mold ever gets on any culture, it must me tossed, and start from scratch brand new. I can mess up your liver. Just like Kombucha, cleanlines is so very important.
keep it real and support herbal junction
man, i dunno, it’s really good and makes feel great but it doesn’t make me feel like sharing. it makes me wanna fight and i get weird rashes on my neck. we call it “scarlet neck”.
